SHIPPING POLICY

We make all our products to order and Summit Junkie  aim to dispatch all orders within  2-4 working days from the day on which you made the purchase.

You will receive an automated email confirmation when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email provided when you placed  the order and will include tracking number details.

For shipping within the UK we use Royal Mail First Class Signed and Tracked postage service and this appears to be taking between 1-2 working days at the moment.

If you require any item for a specific date (birthdays etc) please get in touch before placing the order if you feel it may not arrive in time based on the information above and we will do our best to assist you.

 

For all International orders we ship using a variety of International curriers and you will receive tracking details upon dispatch of your order.

For all EU Orders, we use a shipping service SAMOS which uses the UPS delivery network throughout the EU. The shipping charge is calculated at checkout and there are no extra hidden charges upon the receipt of your order NO VAT or EXTRA surcharges will be on top of your order cost .
