RETURNS POLICY
Please bear in mind that we make each order especially for the customer and ask that you consult our size guides to satisfy that you have selected the correct size. The majority of our products are comfort fit.
Whilst our products are of the highest quality and we're confident you'll love them as much as we enjoyed making them for you, but should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
As part of our 30 Day Guarantee you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Before returning an item please contact info@summitjunkie.co.uk for further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within seven days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Returns Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
