TRYFAN WALL ART

Tryfan arguably the most iconic of all Welsh mountains at a height of 917 meters it rises out of the Ogwen Valley with a masterful presence which enchants the many thousands of people who make the annual pilgrimage to climb Wales most majestic of all mountains. Her legendry two obelisk like summit pillars and affectionately known as Adam and Eve promotes Tryfan to one of the most unique mountains anywhere in the world. Those climbers with nerves of steel and a sure foot have made the death defying leap between the two pillars as a final mark of their respect and conquest of the mountain. However aspiring jumpers should be mindful that the top surface of both pillars has become extremely slippery owing to jumper’s boots smoothing their surface over time.
