MOUNT TOUBKAL

Mount Toubkai is a prominent mountain peak located in the Toubkai National Park, Morocco. It is the highest peak in the Atlas Mountain range and in North Africa. Standing at 4167m above sea level it offers the trekker some breathtaking views over the neighboring Atlas Mountains. The usual rendezvous start form Marrakesh from where the stunning skyline of the Atlas Mountains can be consumed, thereafter the route takes the route to the picturesque village of Imlil at 1,740 meters above sea level, and offers the most popular starting point for the final ascent of  Toubkal.
