MOUNT EVANS
Mount Evans at a height of 4350 meters (14,271ft ) is the highest summit of the Chicago Peaks in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains of North America. The peak is one of the characteristic Front Range peaks, dominating the western skyline of the Great Plains and can be seen from over 100 miles away to the east, and many miles in other directions. Mount Evans is actually a very big volcano which last erupted in 1786 and is on many an aspiring climbers bucket list of serious mountains to climb and summiting the mountain is for the hardiest of climbers only.
