BEN NEVIS

PLEASE SELECT

Ben Nevis is not only one of the most well-known of all the UK mountains but is also the highest mountain in the British Isles. At an elevation of 1,345 meters above sea level, it stands at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William. It is often the first of the mountains to be climbed by participants of the Three Peaks Challenge who prefer to work North to South summiting Snowdon last.
