ARTIC NORTH POLE CHALLENGE

Arctic North Pole Challenge. Arctic is the Earths most Northernmost continent forming part of the Northern Hemisphere.  It comprises of the Arctic Ocean, Alaska, North Canada, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Russia and Sweden. The area of Arctic is defined by what is known as the Arctic circle which is 66° 33' North of the equator. Arctic challenges take many forms and start from any one of the neighboring countries which but up to the arctic circle. Whatever form the challenge takes the participant can be assured of one of the most memorable lifetime experiences which will see them meet the changes of the polar icecap, catch glimpses of polar bears, witness pine forests and tundra landscape of Alaska, Canada and Russia and observe the flights of the millions of birds who inhabit this enchanting environment.
